This is the Last Will and Testament
of me Alice Edwards of Sunny Dale, Picton Terrace, Llanthethian, in the County of Glamorganshire, made this 25th day of October in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and 34th
I hereby revoke all Wills heretofore made by me. I appoint Edga Chedzoy of Picton Terrace, Llanblethian in the County of Glamorgan and Elizabeth Ann Morris of 50 Richards St, Cilfynydd, in the County of Glamorgan. to be Executors of this my Will. I direct that all my debts, Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give, devise, and bequeath unto - Elizabeth Ann Morris Eldest Daughter one Set of tea China and a Gray Blanket. To my Son William Henry a Small Clock, Large Bed and Bed Stand, Patch Work and Gray Blanket. To my Son Charles his Dads Watch and Chain and the Gilt Frame Picture a Patch work quilt Small Bed and Stand and a Blanket. to my Daughter Alice Richards a Barpel quilt & Blanket. To my daughter Sarah Jane Summers the Dresser and Shelfs a Dark quilt and Blanket. To Sina Louisa Villis Mans watch and chain Patch work quilt and Blanket. To Lilian Chedzoy by youngest Daughter to have all moneys after paying expences of Funeral and other debts if any and instructing her of all What I wants done with the Linen and my wearing apperal.

I love this Will, it is so down to earth, dishing out the blankets and quilts, and I wonder if anyone actually received these as she died over 20 years later and no doubt were worn out by then. I suspect that this will was in fact superseded.
