JAMES WAY 1795 -
James was the first child of George Way and Mary Hemberry/Hembrey, he was born at Huntspill, Somerset and was baptised 7th June 1795. (However, Sally now believes that the James Way listed below was born 1788, son of Daniel and Jane Way. I have left the link as it is for the moment, but will update with more information as it turns up)
James married Jayne Payne by special licence. The couple moved to Burnham on Sea where their second son Frederick was born. Jayne died not long after Frederick was born.
FREDERICK WAY
Frederick was the second son of James Way and Jayne Payne, he was born at Burnham on Sea, but was baptised aged 12 at Pawlett, the village next to Huntspill. He married Mary Solomon and they had a son James born in 1845.
JAMES WAY 1845 -
James son of Frederick Way and Mary Solomon was born at Pawlett in 1845, he married Louisa Perry from Weston Zoyland, daughter of Thomas Perry who fought at the battle of Waterloo in the 23rd Foot. James and Louisa moved to Highbridge where a son Frederick George was born and then moved to Burnham on Sea. There was another son born Albert.
FREDERICK GEORGE WAY
Frederick and his brother Albert moved to South Wales between 1882 and 1896. Frederick married Emma Batt from Bristol at Llanhilleth Church.
