ROBERT TREND

ROBERT TREND ..... - 1774

Robert I believe is a son of Robert Trend & Elizabeth and a brother to John Trend to whom I am descended. He was probably born at Bramford before 1735. After his mother died the family moved to Whitstone. Robert married Anne Cox on 29th March 1756, witnessed by John Cox and John Moxsy. Robert and Ann stayed in Whitstone and raised their family. Their first child John was baptised 4th May 1758, Roger was baptised 4th September 1760, William was baptised 30th March 1763, Benjamin was baptised 23rd February 1766 and Robert was baptised 3rd September 1769, he sadly died aged 1 year and was buried 30th November 1770. Robert died in 1774 and was buried  9th November 1774.

JOHN TREND 1758 -

John was the first child of Robert Trend and Anne Cox, he was baptised at Whitstone 4th May 1758. He married Mary Taylor on 15th July 1792, witnessed by T. Putt & George Littlejohn. Their first child was William baptised 24th March 1793 and John was baptised 8th August 1802, Robert was  born 20th November 1809 and baptised 3rd December 1809, he sadly died aged 9 and was buried 8th July 1819.

ROGER TREND 1760 -

Roger was the second child of Robert Trend and Anne Cox, he was baptised at Whitstone 4th September 1760. He married Martha Williams on 22nd May 1796, witnessed by Grace Glanvill & George Littlejohn. Their first child Mary Ann was baptised 30th April 1797, Martha was baptised 22nd December 1799 and Ann baptised 24th March 1803, she sadly died aged 7 months and was buried 17th October 1803. Roger died aged 57, and was buried 22nd May 1816.
